Description

Masterplan of 42 acres urban regeneration site in Petaling Jaya to create a new CBD of 12 million sq ft of development area consists of Offices, Serviced apartments, Hotel, and Retail units. This masterplan, achieves a very high density while generating significant new public park and retaining one of Petaling Jaya’s oldest buildings as a historic landmark.
