Masterplan of mixed use development consists of 1.5 millions sqft Shopping Mall and high rise towers for Corporate Offices, Signature Offices, SOFO, Serviced Apartments and Hotel with Conference Centre facilities. The Integrated Shopping Mall led mixed use development needs to be unique, create high commercial value and utilise the accessibility and visibility from the KESAS Highway on the south whilst responding to the residential area consisting bungalow, semi-detach and terrace houses on the north.
